This versatile stool is compact, lightweight, and is height adjustable.  So simple to use.  Using the finger grips on

the top and bottom of the stool, simply pull apart and twist slightly to lock in at the desired height.

Note: While these stools can be used on sand it is not recommended because the sand can get into the sliding parts. This will make the action stiffer and scratch the parts. If used on the beach we suggest hosing it thoroughly and leaving it open to dry.
