Need to Make a Return?
No worries! This returns policy covers goods purchased from Outdoor Camping Disorder, for a limited period of 30 days from the date you actually receive them. Outside of this period, returns will only be accepted on a case by case basis, and completely at our discretion.
In Australia, consumers are legally entitled to obtain a refund from a business, if the goods purchased are either faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match the seller’s description. In this event, the product will replaced or refunded at no extra cost.
If there is a fault, please send us an email with your reason for returning the goods. Be as detailed as you can, so that we know why eg. was it damaged in transit etc. photograph the product / fault so that we can start an inquiry with the transport company.
*We require returns once accepted to be sent back within 5 working days and postage tracked. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and accompanied by your proof of purchase. If you don’t comply then you may not receive a full refund.
Not What You Wanted?
Maybe it isn’t your size. Maybe it isn’t quite what you thought. Maybe it’s just not totally you. Not a problem, we’ll be happy to exchange the item for you; shipping cost will apply.
Cost of Shipping
We do not usually charge for shipping in the first instance, so depending on the reason for the return, the buyer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If it transpires that items returned are not actually faulty, then a fee will be charged to cover the return postage.
